Despite being a multiple time World Champion, was Sting screwed over on booking worse than anyone?
If you consider both what happened with Hogan at Starrcade 97 when he should have won clean but instead really Hogan got a clean 1 2 3 and they had to act like they didn't, and the disaster that was WWE where he should have faced Undertaker but big nose wanted to bury another WCW guy. Then in the match which was a clusterf*ck DX and the NWO gets involved and he sides with the NWO which makes no sense. At least he should have went over but nope the one no one wanted to win wins the match.
You know he initially didn't join WWE after the Invasion because of how they booked Booker T, I can guarantee he probably regrets going there. Then Seth Rollins injuries him and that's the end of his WWE in ring career. It would have been better if he just never went there and I loved seeing him I loved his debut but if they're going to have him there just to bury another WCW guy forget it. At least AEW treated him with class and he got to close out his career in a proper manner.
Despite being a 6 time WCW Champion and who many consider the face of WCW, his longest title reign was only 134 days and that was his first one in 1992. He had some embarrassingly short ones such as 6 days, 1 day, 2 HOURS, 1 month, and after beating Hogan a 2nd time at SuperBrawl which he should have had like a year long run he got 56 days only to lose to Randy Savage. So many frustrating booking decisions involving Sting's career.
