This beautiful husky of mine. I think about her everyday!
I love this girl to pieces. She's been a fun challenge for me as my second ever foster dog and first husky. Still can't believe she hasn't been adopted yet! If anyone knows how I can advertise her, please let me know. We're located in St. Louis, MO. Everyone thinks she's gorgeous but nobody wants to adopt ☹️

Hi I’ve had my Nala for 2 years now! We rescued her but had no info other than her name…. No chip and don’t know if she was spayed!
We did a DNA test and found out she’s husky, Alaskan malamute, Akita and German Shepard!!
We’ve asked vets how old they think she could be but never really get an answer just thought I’d ask what your guesses are please!!!

She is a very affectionate girl. She’s still growing into her body, her eyes are usually more green. Pretty floofy tail 😂

It's been almost 2 years since I adopted this goofball. In the last couple of months, Wolfgang has become more cuddly, insistent on head scratches and belly rubs. 🥰

Picked this girl up yesterday. I was told she is a siberian husky and malamute mix. She has such a long snoot that I can't help but think there's shephered in there. What do you guys think?
Also, she has no name yet, and I am open to suggestions!
She is such a sweet girl. She is going to love all of our outdoor adventures <3

Just curious if it’s a normal thing, have a guy around 7 years that made a switch in the past year, he just acts more aloof. Not sleeping in the bed anymore, he’s claimed the couch. But he’ll go to the bed when I’m watching a movie on the couch. Not always, but he’s just a lot more aloof and his space is a lot farther than before. He does hate me being on my phone. I get that dude needs his space, it’s just a change. Wondering how many have gone through it at his age

Berry is a two year old husky my mom and I decided to rescue and adopt because he’s been living outside with a pack of other wild dogs that live on the reservation my mom works at every so often, he’s been roughing it out in the wild for a minute at this point
What lead to him coming home to us though is that he had some sort of interaction with a bear that caught him napping, I don’t want to call it a full on attack because his injuries looked more like poking and prodding or maybe something more along the line of warning swipes. My Mom ended up paying for his medical work and adoption fees and he’s been home with us for the last two months or so now. I gotta say, I was expecting a total degenerate crazy boy which I knew was a possibility based on how he’s lived up to this point plus his breed. However he’s actually one of the most chill dogs I’ve ever had the pleasure of owning. With him being our first husky and knowing how huskies can be he’s a total unicorn so far, maybe it’s because we’re meeting all his needs but he’s been one of the goodest boys ever so far. I think he deserves everything plus more with how hard he’s had it. I love this dopey goofy smart handsome boy and wanted to share him with everyone here!!

Long story short I had an instance with a husky puppy who I ended up fostering that was about six months old who also liked to nip at my daughter. Fast forward to now after my 7 year old husky passed away due to lymphoma and we rescued a 5 year old husky that is perfect (besides some resource guarding we’re working on) except he likes to nip at my 10 year old daughter when she tried to play with him. The same thing that happened with the husky puppy I was fostering. I just feel like she’s super anxious around these dogs besides my husky that passed to the point where the dog is feeling it and nipping at her. However she did tell me she “booped” him on the nose this time. He only seems to do this when I am not in the room. I need advice. My husband is wanting to find him a new home but I can’t as he was abandoned in a parking lot and I love the doofus. His name is Rufus haha
