I'm originally from Central Florida, so I'm very used to heavy and hectic traffic.
And of course just like anywhere else I would see people on their phones either speaking on their phone
Hands-Free Or with their phone up to their ear.
When I used to live up north in Maine it was one of the places where I least saw people driving either speaking on the phone scrolling on the phone or with their phone in front of their face while they were driving.
I've been in Greensboro for about 6 months now, And in between Florida And North Carolina I have never seen so many people driving With their phones in front of their faces. Literally you will pull up to a red light and people will be scrolling through Facebook or scrolling through Instagram at the red light.
If a Florida State Trooper saw you at a red light scrolling through Facebook or just mindlessly staring at your phone you would get an insane ticket,
Then I wondered why I see so many cars in Greensboro with missing bumpers, smashed back ends, Broken tail lights etc
I'm not trying to tell nobody how to live their life but if you're one of these individuals you are putting yourself and the other people around you in danger by doing these things.
You can't wait to mindlessly scroll through Tic Tok or Instagram until you get wherever you're going?
Is it really worth getting into an accident hurting yourself or hurting someone else?
