what I did was pick a week to taper, with the goal to be at zero caffeine on Friday, tough it out Friday, use Saturday/Sunday as chill days, and then by Monday I already felt a lot better
I'm not taking it seriously. It's just a dumb comic. It's not that funny because the premise that people think coffee tastes awful and only drink it for the caffeine is flawed. Me not finding it particularly clever or funny is literally the exact opposite of taking it seriously.

After the free trial screen it shows a popup to quit a bad habit or build a good habit. I selected quit a bad habit and customized it to Caffeine-free.

Well done 👏 you're doing Brilliantly. Iam hoping to get there one day 🙏

This is normal. Caffeine& coffee especially, completely fries your adrenals and fatigues them. It usually takes between 2-3 to start finding some homeostasis!

Thanks! I haven’t really noticed a difference in cravings for junk food due to cutting out caffeine.

I’d focus on making a plan you can actually stick to rather than putting pressure on yourself to quit perfectly on day one.

I'm audhd and feeling better at 5 months. Remember you quit for a reason and you made it through the hardest part already! You can do this. Keto is also helping me immensely but I'm vegan so I'm doing vegan keto and I'd recommend it!

I tapered in about 12 days, and I'm down to 2oz per day. I could stop now, of course, but I really look forward to those two ounces lol.

Oh, dude, so much. Some days, I would have three triple shots, so 9 espresso shots and then whatever I had at home, which was half regular coffee half almond milk.

I tapered as well and it was pretty shill considering some of the stuff people go through.
I started cutting it doen to just one coffee a day, then because I brewed my own coffee I bought normal beans and decaf and slowly up the decaf each week and decreased the caffinated beans.
it took about a month to get to no caffeine and week 2ish was hard but other than it worked a treat
