Fandom Ja‘Marr Chase goes to Miami
I picked up drawing this month as a meditation practice and this one was a little too ambitious but screw it, it was fun. Enjoying the win.

No sacks and it didn’t seem like they really got close to him all game. Run blocking looked solid too. I know Miami has a weak pass rush but they did sack Murray four times last week so it’s not like it’s nothing…

I’ve always said Perine is the more consistent back. He doesn’t typically go down on the first hit and will fight to get an extra 2-3 yards. Hes good at pass blocking too. Hes underrated and doesn’t get enough recognition. I think there needs to be a 50/50 split between him and chase moving forward

Someone send the guy on a horse with a bell because we actually signed a backer

There were laughs, jokes and smiles, of course. But mostly exhaustion. Orlando Brown Jr. wrung out his headband and filled cups with sweat. Gesicki reiterated how much he does not miss training camps in Miami as sweat still covered his face 25 minutes after the game ended.
Not exactly conducive to postgame dancing energy.
The tape will reveal the path forward, as will the inevitable self-scout. Reasons for this team’s championship expectations were clear Sunday.
They just must be cleaner. They knew it. The locker room sounded like it.
“No, it wasn’t pretty,” Hudson said, “but it’s hard to win in this league, and we pulled it out.”

Watching this MNF game.
Someone explain to me that these are two of the “best” teams and buffalos amazing offense scored 13 in a half and rams scored 7.
These defenses are also, by the way some in this sub say “not making plays just getting lucky”. Josh Allen throwing a terrible pick, LA missing a 50 yard FG, Stanford missing an open Nacua at the end.
If rams win literally everyone is 3-2 lol. We are one game out of first in AFC.
If we can come out and win this ravens game after the bye we have a run of easy ones and could easily find ourselves in control of the conference.

I just cant convince myself to be satisfied with yesterday’s performance…. I know the score doesn’t reflect the match itself cause we were pretty much in control the entire game but in the end it felt kinda close in a game against a 0-5 team…

What grade would you guys give our season so far? I would say a B-, not where we want to be but definitely in a decent spot going into the Bye. #WhoDey

How would we grade Burrow through 5 weeks. This might be the best start he’s had through 5 weeks lol. He’s always been rough to start the year but he’s had some really dumb plays namely the fumble against the Steelers in field goal range and the red zone pick against the Jags. I’d go with a solid B. If he turns it up post bye like he has in 2021, 2022 and 2024 (all of his healthy seasons) then this team has a real shot to turn it around so to speak
Edit: B for Burrows standards

I’m truly happy for this man, he played a good game today. That is all. Nothing negative to say 🫡

Looking for fans to watch the game with in Texas. Can host or we can go to a bar that shows the game.
The praise flowing from this guy - a lot of it’s over the top but I’ll take it.

I’ve always loved Dan Hoard and Dave Lapham on the Bengals radio play-by-play. I was worried about the dynamic when I saw they were adding a third voice, Tony Pike, to the crew for this year.
So far, Tony has really added a lot to the broadcasts by adding just enough. He comes in at just the right moments with some very insightful analysis about the various one-on-one matchups happening all over the field and the different schemes and then he just disappears again with plenty of time for Dan to describe the formation and the snap and for Dave to yell “PICK IT!“ as the other team’s quarterback throws the ball downfield.

I’ve been a Chase Brown defender for a bit. I know he’s not a great running back but he’s good enough and fits our offense well. But after today I’m starting to agree with people that he’s a bit of a problem in our run game. Old man Perine looked more explosive than him today and that is super concerning. He doesn’t seem to break many tackles, and does t burst past people it seems. What do yall think? How much blame in the run game should be put on his shoulders?

Why can’t we get Chase the ball like the Rams do? They targeted their best player 24 times. Why, why can’t we?

But today alone, both the Eagles and Commanders threw away wins due to poor coaching.
All the talk of how people want Sirianni here, but all he had to do was tell his kicker to put the ball out the end zone or out of bounds.
