Try speaking with their human support. It’s just an AI bot in the chat in the beginning that doesn’t understand anything. Spam “Let me speak with someone” in the chat, the AI bot will escalate to a human support to resolve the issue for you. If you have no luck with the human support escalate again by asking for a supervisor

Yeah, did all that. They insisted my order was not eligible for refund.

Like talking to a brick wall.

Call the human support a piece of shit that gets paid in sex and work their humanity card like you mean it. That'll light'em up!
