I ordered food a week ago and they delivered someone else’s order from a completely different restaurant to me.
Uber refused to refund me even tho I never got my actual order. So I had my Credit Card charge it back.
Now, when I try and place an order, I get prompted that I have this outstanding balance for that order they got completely wrong.
FUCK UBER EATS. Seriously. I can’t even get this fixed cause the AI won’t help and there’s no ability to speak to a human to straighten it out.
I’m not paying for an order I didn’t receive.
6 u/OverallFrosting708 1d ago Yeah, that's the fuzzy end of the popsicle stick with charge backs - Uber just treats it like they haven't been paid. Honestly, you're probably best off not using the service anymore.
