This and I'm no plumber, but I'd imagine this would unnecessarily complicate the piping setup.

Edit: My notifications are full of so many conflicting answers lmao

You already have the plumbing on both walls.

You have some type of plumbing. Whether or not it's the right plumbing is the issue.

I'm a plumber and the two components you will need are a water supply and a drain. Both fixtures will use the same set. Running the back to back down the middle of the room would be more efficient.
