So today I ordered some stuff from Blinkit in Saket Nagar. A person came 15 minutes later with a dog like fr. Here’s the picture.

I asked about the dog, he told me that the dog came under a car tyre and was in very serious condition. The Blinkit delivery riders of the place took care of him and healed him.

Now the dog stays at the warehouse and goes for deliveries with delivery partners.

So damn wholesome. 🫂🫂

YOU THREW AWAY A HELPLESS DOG'S FOOD. REMEMBER, KARMA NEVER FORGETS! 💔🐾

This morning, someone threw the food of an elderly dog into a drain. This poor soul had already been drenched in the rain, and someone even took away the food meant to fill her stomach.

If you had a problem with the food being there, you could have simply moved it aside. But why throw it into a drain? Why disrespect food? Why snatch a helpless animal's meal?

That food was not garbage. It was someone's meal. Someone's only hope of filling an empty stomach.

You may worship Goddess Lakshmi, perform pujas, and pray for prosperity, but what is the value of your prayers if you cannot show compassion to a hungry, voiceless animal?

Remember, KARMA COMES BACK. The pain you cause to another living being may one day make you understand the value of what you took away.

Imagine if, one day, your own children had to struggle for a meal. Would you then understand the pain of taking food away from a helpless creature?

Don't forget that your actions matter. No amount of पूजा-पाठ can replace basic humanity and kindness.

God doesn't just see how much you pray. Your actions and the way you treat the voiceless matter too.

Throwback to 2023, when I met this cute furball named Bruno at my workplace. I was doing an internship and we used to meet and play with this cutie before the office, lunch break and after office (as per his sleep schedule).

The security guards of the building adopted him, used to feed him and took great care of him. I was just going through memories and thought of sharing his cute photos in the sub :P

My 5year old indie is diagnosed with 4 tick fever. He weighs 13kgs.

The vet at first said it was only Babesia canis and Anaplasma but later at night I saw 4 lines in the kit. The vet also agreed and said he has babesia gibsoni, Babesia canis, Anaplasma and Ehrlichia.

Med prescribed: Imidocarb(to be repeated after 12 days), Azithromycin 100mg for 10 days, Atovaquone 150mg (3 times a day) for 10 days, canigest, sucral syrup, livotus syrup and pantoprazole.

Please let me know if the medication is appropriate or I need to talk about something more to the vet. I need some opinion.

My indie is a very anxious and hyper dog and its physically impossible to put him under saline and he is taking orally meds by himself.

This was my last attempt to slavage my friendship. I learnt that we can't teach people empathy, it is inherent and deeper.

Tldr: I tried to show him my side and my unwavering support for animals, strays to be specific.

He said that animal activists should be fair and protest for the lynching, casteism and other human related issues and cited the example of Maneka Gandhi.

(Maneka Gandhi is probably the only representation that animal lovers have right now. Supporting us doesn't help her out in any way. She helped develop the app Rapid Response team for us. She probably got nothing out of it.)

I digress, then I told him to do the same and care for animals if he cares so much for human beings and get up from his ass and protest or do social work. He didn't like it.

Jab animal rights ki baat aati hai tab in jaiso ko human issues yaad ata hai. Hum kaam dhandha chor kar bas protest kare. I just can't with the entitlement.
