What if the name is deleted due to voter's negligence? I met a guy who claimed his name is deleted after SIR. He was bashing BJP and ECI on internet tbh Twitter. Upon confronting by myself, he told me the reason was he never filed or filled SIR form neither online nor offline. I was like wtf?! How that can be BJP’s or ECI’s fault? He said I idk, it's there job to safeguard my voting rights... I was totally lost faith on him.

First they will do any mistake during filling the form or not filling it anyways, later when there name is gone, they will start crying.

And it's not the isolated case... I have met many with same RR.

Damn who is this fool.

You know even in the most developed countries, the voter data management has an error rate of 10-15% right? Do you know what 15% of approximately 95 Cr eligible voters are? Around 14 cr. India has no way near that many appeals flying around during SIR.

Also India has 90-95% of voter registration completeness and US lags way behind around 70-75%.

Yes, in a perfect and ideal world, even 1 legitimate vote is a crime. But errors are unavoidable. Further, you have to have hard evidence to prove that because of the deleted voters, it helped BJP to win.

18+ population of India is around 105 Cr. Here is the number of registered voters from an official source.

For US registered voter data, here is the source Please read page 4, 5 and 6.

u/Cyberboi_007 13h ago

No it's not . Also not even one legitimate vote was deleted

2

u/MikeAlpha_ 11h ago

Out of the 27 lakh disputed voters, 22 lakh appealed. The first 1.2 lakh appeals officially adjudicated and decided by the appellate tribunals, 93% (1,13,943 voters) successfully won their appeals and were ordered to be reinstated. The remaining 8,649 lost their appeals and stayed deleted. At this rate it will take 12 yrs to clear the backlog. What will happen to the remaining legitimate voters in the backlog? Are their rights not being taken away from them?

Explicitly - No.

But Dipke’s entire stance was didi lost her election due to SIR. Reality? She already lost Nandigram seat before in 2021 again on 2026 this year.

CJP 's entire narrative was vote chori in Bengal - now you cannot refute on this because Dipke said this multiple times everywhere, therefore the post said Dipke lied about Bengal.

Hey awaiting your response to your previous allegations in the other post . Maybe close each topic one by one. Lets educate each other maybe you dont know something that the others know.

3

u/Epsilonice 15h ago

So the RR is all about the part number? Nigga theres something called "Find in page" when you search something in PDF. All the old drafts and the new ones were uploaded as a PDF on ECINET website. Even I found my parents and grandparents name through "search in page" feature that is provided by Google PDF reader by default in Androids or in iOS.

Even if your name is listed in different language, then along with the part number, you have the Voter ID card number too, which dont change throughout the draft list. Whether it's new list or the old draft list, you can always search with your Voter ID card number.

Have some brain dude.

You know my dad found our name without using this feature in just fucking 5 mins, the list itself was 15 page long.

2

u/Positive_Flight4782 15h ago

The question is was the form 6 modified or not , you mentioned it wasnt modified, are you still standing by that ?

3

u/Epsilonice 15h ago

Dude there's a difference between Form 6 and draft list. The Nigga in the image said the draft list was modified so many time that he had to find the part number again and again. Form 6 is different.

Oh god you was regime change and supporting CJP, still don't know the difference between the form 6 and the draft list's part numbers.

Google it. And ask the difference. Dumbass.

Okay then, OP please explain me this…

If there is no evidence of wrongdoing, why is Modi so determined to defend the CEC? What exactly are they afraid of uncovering?

Think about it logically. If the BJP genuinely won fair and square, they could simply welcome an independent investigation, allow the allegations to be thoroughly examined, and prove that there were no electoral irregularities. That would be the biggest political victory for the BJP and perhaps the final nail in Congress’s coffin.

Are you seriously telling me that the BJP, a party that rarely misses an opportunity for political advantage, would willingly pass up such a golden opportunity? That they would rather endure nationwide protests, damage to their reputation, and international embarrassment than demonstrate beyond reasonable doubt that the elections were fair?

Of course, refusing scrutiny raises a perfectly legitimate question: why not welcome an independent investigation that could put these allegations to rest?

If the BJP has nothing to hide, it should have nothing to fear from transparency. And asking that question is not anti-national. It is basic democratic accountability.

1

u/Epsilonice 13h ago

First of all, Modi hasn't defended anyone. And all the myth-busters posted by the BJP handle were posted just because people were targeting the BJP. BJP posted them to defend themselves, not ECI or SIR.

Second, the case is already in the SC. Another point that you missed to mention, SC will hold its independent investigation, no one is stopping anyone from doing it. If the SC wants, it can scrutinize them too.

Please get your facts correct.

1

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 12h ago

First of all, get your own facts straight before telling others to do so. BJP spokesperson Sambit Patra publicly defended the Election Commission's conduct, called the allegations a "smear campaign", and dismissed demands for the CEC's resignation. Union Ministers Kiren Rijiju and Shivraj Singh Chouhan also publicly attacked the protests against the Election Commission. So yes, the BJP has been defending the ECI. Whether Modi has personally defended Gyanesh Kumar is a separate question.

Second, you've confused a Supreme Court hearing with an independent investigation. On October 5, the Supreme Court issued notices to the ECI and the Centre seeking responses to allegations against the CEC. It did NOT order an independent SIT investigation. The petitioners have REQUESTED such an investigation. There's a rather significant legal difference between requesting an inquiry and a court actually ordering one.

And your final argument is a textbook STRAW MAN. Where exactly did I claim that the BJP was stopping the Supreme Court from hearing the case? I asked why the ruling party, which is so eager to defend the ECI publicly, doesn't openly welcome comprehensive independent scrutiny that could conclusively address these allegations.

Also, the fact that two sitting Election Commissioners reportedly raised objections at least 14 times is precisely why these questions deserve serious examination.

Now, none of this establishes that the BJP committed electoral fraud. But that was never my argument. My argument was about transparency, accountability, and the ruling party's response to legitimate questions.

You haven't answered my original question. You've simply invented a different argument, argued against it, and congratulated yourself for winning.

Go learn what a straw man is, and how to debate logically, before lecturing people about facts and logic, and then give one more try to answer my original questions.

1

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

Your AI generated response isn't going to save you dude...

Your entire opening premise was: 'Why is Modi so determined to defend the CEC? What exactly are they afraid of uncovering?'

The second you were asked to back that up, you immediately scrambled to: 'Whether Modi has personally defended Gyanesh Kumar is a separate question.'

No, it isn’t a 'separate question', it was your literal opening thesis. You threw the Prime Minister’s name around for dramatic effect, and the moment you got caught with zero quotes, zero executive orders, and zero evidence, you hastily dumped Modi and pivoted to Sambit Patra on a 9 PM TV debate. Don't build a conspiracy around one person and then pretend you never mentioned him when called out.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 10h ago

Fair enough, I should have said BJP rather than Modi personally. But BJP spokespersons have publicly defended the CEC, and that doesn't magically disappear because you spotted an imprecise phrase. 😂

And are you seriously suggesting that Sambit Patra, the BJP's national spokesperson, and multiple senior BJP leaders publicly defended the CEC without the knowledge or approval of the party high command? You really think they all independently decided to take the same political position on such a sensitive national controversy? Modi's personal instructions haven't been established, but pretending these are just random individuals speaking for themselves is equally ridiculous. Itna naive hai kya, bacche? , thoda toh dimaag laga. 🤡🤣

Aur bhai, sab tere jaise andhbhakt IT cell waale nahi hain jo bina soche kuch bhi bol denge. India mein kaafi padhe-likhe log hain jo khud soch sakte hain. Har argument jo teri samajh ke bahar hai, AI se nahi hota.

1

u/Epsilonice 10h ago

Thanks for the admission. Swapping out the Prime Minister of India for Sambit Patra on a 9 PM TV panel isn't an 'imprecise phrase', it is literally conceding that your dramatic opening conspiracy was completely made up.

let's address the rest of your meltdown, shall we?!:

You ask with utter seriousness: 'Why would party spokespersons defend against allegations of electoral fraud?!'

Because the opposition isn't just accusing a bureaucrat; they are claiming the BJP’s entire electoral mandate is illegitimate and stolen.

When an opposition party claims an election was rigged, what do you expect the winning party's spokespersons to do on national television? Sit quietly and nod? Pushing back against a political narrative that calls your own government fraudulent isn't 'running a legal shield for Gyanesh Kumar', it is standard political self-defense of their own democratic mandate.

Sambit Patra speaking on a news channel has zero legal bearing on constitutional accountability.

  • A spokesperson barking on prime-time TV does not grant the CEC legal immunity.
  • A Union Minister giving a soundbite does not stop the Supreme Court from hearing petitions.
  • A press statement is political PR, not an executive order.

You keep confusing political rhetoric on TV with institutional obstruction of justice. The only institution that actually has the constitutional authority to scrutinize the Election Commission under Article 324 is the Supreme Court, which is actively hearing the petitions.

Notice what happened the moment your 'Modi directive' claim collapsed: Out came the clown emojis. Out came the patronizing 'bacche' and 'thoda toh dimaag laga'. Out came the desperate 'andhbhakt IT cell' labels.

Dropping buzzwords and crying 'IT cell' the moment your legal logic is dismantled is the universal tell of someone whose argument just hit a brick wall.

If you have to fabricate claims about the Prime Minister, downgrade to TV spokespersons when caught, and then throw an emoji-filled tantrum to save face, maybe don't lecture anyone about being 'padhe-likhe'.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 9h ago

You wrote an entire essay over a wording correction. I acknowledged that Modi's personal involvement wasn't established. That doesn't erase the BJP's public defence of the CEC or the legitimate questions surrounding the electoral-roll revisions.

Of course BJP can defend its electoral mandate. Nobody disputed that. But defending an election result and welcoming an independent audit aren't mutually exclusive. Why are you pretending they are?

And since you're lecturing everyone about constitutional law, Article 324 does NOT give the Supreme Court exclusive authority to scrutinise the ECI. High Courts also have judicial review powers under Article 226, subject to election-related restrictions.

My question was whether BJP would welcome an independent audit of disputed voter deletions. You've spent five paragraphs explaining why Sambit Patra isn't a judge, something I NEVER claimed in the first place.

Aur bhai, tu mujhe AI use karne ka lecture de raha tha, aur ab khud AI se poora essay chhaap ke le aaya? Waah, kya irony hai! 🤣

1

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

You ask: 'Why doesn’t the ruling party just order an independent probe to clear the air?'

Because anyone with a basic understanding of Indian civics knows the Executive cannot legally probe the Chief Election Commissioner.

Under Article 324(5) of the Constitution, the CEC enjoys the exact same constitutional protection as a Supreme Court judge. They cannot be probed, harassed, or dismissed at the whim of the Union Cabinet, removal requires impeachment by Parliament.

If the ruling government stepped in and set up an executive SIT to 'investigate' the CEC tomorrow, the exact same people would be screaming, rightfully, that the executive is destroying institutional independence and muscling the referee.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 10h ago

Gajab bakchodi hai bhai. 😂 Article 324(5) protects the CEC from arbitrary REMOVAL, not from judicial scrutiny or independent examination of electoral irregularities. Read the Constitution before giving lectures on it. (Ab kaun AI use kar raha hai, 🤡?)

And where exactly did I demand that Modi personally set up an SIT against the CEC? I asked why the BJP doesn't publicly welcome an independent audit of the disputed voter deletions. Auditing electoral rolls and removing a constitutional officeholder are two completely different things.

Nobody is asking the executive to take control of the Election Commission. In fact, the whole point is to ensure scrutiny independent of political interference. You're arguing against something I never proposed. Gadhachap 🤡

1

u/Epsilonice 9h ago

'Ab kaun AI use kar raha hai, 🤡?' Matlab tu manta hai ki tu AI use kar raha tha pahale. 🤣😭 BTW I don't need an AI to write a response to Article 324(A), ye details mujhe pahale se hi patta thi, jo ki ek Indian Express ke article mai likha huya the, wahi IE jise tum logo ne 'source of truth' bana baithe ho.

Look at the evolution of your claim across just three replies:

  • Comment 1: 'Why is Modi defending the CEC? What are they afraid of uncovering? Why not welcome an independent investigation into these allegations against the CEC?'
  • Comment 2: 'Well, BJP spokespersons defended him, and the petitioners requested an SIT against the CEC in Supreme Court!'
  • Comment 3 (Now): 'Who said anything about the CEC? I just asked why the BJP doesn't welcome an independent audit of voter deletions! Auditing rolls and removing an officeholder are completely different things!'

Do you genuinely have amnesia, or do you just hope nobody reads your previous comments? You spent two rounds attacking the CEC, Gyanesh Kumar, and demanding an investigation into the Commission, and the moment you realized Article 324(5) makes an executive probe legally impossible, you shrank your entire argument into: 'I only meant an audit of voter deletions!'

YOU ARE CONTRADICTING FROM YOUR COMMENTS ONLY DUDEEEE... 🤣🤦

You scream: 'Article 324(5) doesn't protect against judicial scrutiny!'

Nobody said it does. In fact, that was the entire point: the only constitutional institution with the power to order an inquiry into the ECI's processes is the Judiciary (the Supreme Court and High Courts under Articles 32 and 226).

And that judicial scrutiny is literally happening right now:

  • The petitions alleging irregularities were filed.
  • The Supreme Court heard the matter on October 5.
  • The Supreme Court issued notices and explicitly refused to order an interim SIT or freeze the revision process.

You are angry because the Supreme Court didn't buy the opposition's theatrics on day one, so you want the ruling party to perform political circus stunts to validate claims that the apex court itself hasn't accepted as proven.

Under Article 324(1) of the Constitution, the superintendence, direction, and control of the preparation of electoral rolls is vested exclusively in the Election Commission of India.

Ye sab maine abhi search kiya! Google is free boy, ask right question, rather then BS.

First, you pretended to be a constitutional scholar citing Section 18. Then came 'chutiye'. Now it's 'Gadhachap'. 🤣😭😭

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 9h ago

Abe chutiye, "Ab kaun AI use kar raha hai?" was a question directed at YOU, not an admission that I was using AI. Itni basic Hindi bhi samajh nahi aati? 🤣😭

And once again, you've invented arguments I never made. Show me ONE comment where I demanded that Modi personally order an executive SIT or claimed that he orchestrated electoral fraud. You're repeatedly attributing statements to me that I never made.

Demanding accountability from the CEC, supporting an independent investigation, and asking for an audit of electoral rolls are NOT contradictory positions. They concern the same issue. Article 324(1) gives the ECI authority over electoral rolls, not immunity from judicial scrutiny.

And the Supreme Court refusing interim relief doesn't mean it rejected the allegations on their merits. The matter is still being examined.

Abe chomu, tu mere original questions ka jawab dene ke bajaye har baar ek naya straw man bana deta hai. Aur phir khud hi usko dismantle karke celebrate karta hai. 😂

Ab pehle bata, maine exactly kahan demand kiya tha ki Modi executive SIT banaye? Comment quote kar, dekh tera free Gemini hallucinate kar rahi hai. 🤡

1

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

You smugly pointed out that the Supreme Court only issued notices on October 5 instead of immediately setting up an SIT.

Congratulations, you just described standard constitutional due process:

  • Anyone can file a petition demanding an SIT.
  • Issuing a notice is the court examining whether there is any prima facie substance before passing orders.
  • The court explicitly declined to pass interim orders against the CEC because sensational headlines in petitions do not equate to judicial evidence.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 10h ago

Bhai, clearly tune AI se answer likhwaya hai because khud Constitution ki basic understanding bhi nahi hai. 😂 AI se copy-paste karne se pehle uska matlab toh samajh liya kar, chomu.

Supreme Court ne interim order nahi diya, iska matlab CEC ko clean chit mil gayi? How? KAISE?

There is already substantial circumstantial evidence warranting scrutiny. The other two Election Commissioners reportedly raised objections to several decisions, including changes to Form 6 that were described as "unauthorised" and "illegal".

Aur mere andhbhakt bhai, CJI Surya Kant ne 5 October ko khud kaha tha, "Any modified Form 6 has not been approved by us." Unhone ECI se records bhi maange taaki pata chale ki Form 6 mein changes kisne aur kis authority se kiye. Toh kis basis par bol raha hai ki sab kuch judicially cleared hai? 😂 Tu CJI se jyada jaanta hai? 🤡

Nobody said the CEC has been proven guilty. That's precisely why an independent investigation is being demanded. Interim relief deny hona aur allegations disprove hona do alag cheezein hain. Itna basic distinction bhi nahi samajh aata aur Constitution pe lecture de raha hai, padhle jaake pehle? 😂

1

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

You cite internal objections raised within the Commission as 'proof' of foul play. In a multi-member constitutional body, dissenting notes and internal debates are literally how the system is designed to work. A file having differing bureaucratic opinions is administrative procedure, not a criminal conspiracy.

Next time you copy-paste debate-bro cliches about 'straw men' to sound like an intellectual, make sure your own argument doesn't collapse within two paragraphs. When your opening claim contradicts your follow-up, no amount of AI-generated condescension is going to save it.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 10h ago

😂 Perhaps read Article 324 and Section 18 of the 2023 Act before lecturing anyone about how the Election Commission works.

The CEC is first among equals, not the boss of the other two Election Commissioners. All three have equal decision-making authority, and disagreements are settled by majority. The CEC cannot simply bypass the other two.

And genius, these weren't merely differing bureaucratic opinions. Both Commissioners reportedly objected to decisions being implemented without their knowledge or approval. One even described changes to Form 6 as "unauthorised and illegal" despite the objections of BOTH Commissioners.

The ECI claims its decisions were unanimous, but that doesn't explain away the documented objections and That's what needs scrutiny.

You called it normal administrative procedure without understanding the law governing that procedure. Gajab level ke c h u t i y e ho tum. 🤡

1

u/Epsilonice 9h ago

The moment you resort to abuses like chutiye, you’ve already waved the white flag. When the intellect runs dry and the legal posturing collapses, profanity is all that's left.

you dont even know how Section 18 and administrative law actually work, since you clearly just googled it five minutes ago. 🤣

You quote Section 18 of the 2023 Act as if you discovered fire:

  • Section 18 mandates that the Commission's business shall, as far as possible, be transacted unanimously, and where there is a difference of opinion, by majority.
  • In administrative law, internal file notes, reservations, queries, and pushbacks are the deliberative stage of governance. Bureaucrats and commissioners record objections on files every day to debate procedure.
  • An internal disagreement does not become an illegal unilateral diktat unless the CEC passes a formal statutory order overriding a formal majority vote. The ECI officially clarified that all major operational policies, including the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) were ultimately issued with collective institutional sanction.
  • Where is the formal Section 18 majority resolution that voted down a policy which the CEC then unconstitutionally overruled? It doesn't exist. You are confusing internal bureaucratic friction with a criminal conspiracy.

From 'Modi orchestrated electoral fraud' to 'an Election Commissioner wrote a dissenting note on an internal file before the final order', that is the most pathetic climbdown in modern political debate.

Throwing four-letter Hindi abuses and clown emojis doesn't make you look tough; it shows you know you've been dismantled on the facts and have nowhere left to run. Take a deep breath, close your tabs, and sit down.

2

u/TheRedAngelOfDeath 9h ago

Chutiye ko chutiya hi bolunga, especially jab woh baar-baar questions dodge karke khud ko constitutional expert samajhne lage. 😂

Abe chomu, pehle mere original questions ka jawab toh de. Har baar goalposts shift karke aur naye straw men invent karke kya prove kar raha hai?

And since you love quoting Section 18, perhaps read what actually happened. The two Election Commissioners explicitly objected to modifying Form 6 without amending the rules. Yet the modification appeared anyway. One Commissioner subsequently called it "unauthorised/illegal" and demanded its removal. The ECI acknowledged these objections but didn't explain who authorised the change.

Nowhere does Section 18 say that a decision becomes lawful merely because the Commission subsequently claims unanimity. And your demand for a formal majority resolution doesn't magically resolve the question of who authorised a change that two Commissioners had explicitly opposed.

Nobody claimed that internal disagreements automatically prove a criminal conspiracy. That's YOUR invention. The question is whether decisions were implemented without proper authorisation. That's precisely why the records need independent scrutiny.

Aur bhai, tu har baar "Modi orchestrated electoral fraud" bol raha hai. Mere kis comment mein maine ye claim kiya? Screenshot dikha. Khud se arguments invent karke khud hi unko defeat kar raha hai. 🤡

Ab mere original questions ka jawab dega, hai dum, hai facts tere paas?

Also stop using AI to write your answer, that too free version of Gemini 🤣

2

u/Funny-Fifties 7h ago

Two of them said several decisions were illegal and decisions were taken without their knowledge.

This is not an objection about a decision - it is basically saying the decision making process itself did not happen.

1

u/Epsilonice 7h ago

Later in ECI's press release, it was clearly mentioned that the decisions were taken unanimously.

Your and IE's both claims were later debunked already. Come up with something new.

1

u/Funny-Fifties 13m ago

ECI press release has no meaning if signed papers say the opposite. Come up with something else.

When the question is from signed letters with a paper trail alleging unconstitionality, a press release has no value. What we need is a signed affidavit in SC saying the objections were technical and not legal objections or objections to how ECI functions.

After that comes the question of why the ECs would backtrack on what is on paper clearly illegal. Obviously political pressure and threats.

Stooges? Bro you gotta get woke!! Get well soon

u/protocolghost 9h ago

Defending the current CEC on party lines makes no sense for anyone who cares about free elections in India. Here are the facts on the ground:
West Bengal Voter Deletions: 9 million voters (12% of the electorate) were deleted during the SIR process. Of these, 63% were Hindu and 34% Muslim. Over 22 lakh affected voters filed formal appeals, with a 91% success rate proving how flawed the initial deletions were
.
Conflict of Interest in Sambhal: During the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, video footage showed police turned away and lathi-charged predominantly Muslim voters. The District Magistrate who dismissed these complaints was Manish Bansal the son-in-law of CEC Gyanesh Kumar.

Goa Rollback Lock: EROs verified hard documents for 97 rejected voters and approved their restoration, but were blocked because the ECINET software lacked a "rollback" feature to undo deletions.

Internal Dissent at the ECI: The two other Election Commissioners formally wrote 14 separate complaints between Oct 2025 and Aug 2026 against CEC Gyanesh Kumar's unilateral decision-making and mass voter removals.
This isn't about political bias. it's about holding constitutional institutions accountable. Place the country above party loyalty. (edited by chatgpt)

2

u/protocolghost 9h ago

anyone can see a pattern here. He has to go, If you are a nationalist you should support this and protest against CEC.

2

u/protocolghost 9h ago

also search in how laws were changed for selecting the Chief election commissioner and how new laws protect him. He has more immunity than our Prime Minsiter

1

u/Epsilonice 8h ago

Thanks for bringing up the appointment laws and immunity, because you just walked into another massive historical and constitutional landmine.

You smugly ask to 'search how the laws were changed'. Let's actually look at the history:

  • For 73 years (1950 to 2023): There was zero statutory law passed by Parliament under Article 324(2). Who appointed the CEC under decades of Congress rule? The Prime Minister alone. The ruling cabinet sent a single name to the President, rubber-stamped it, and installed their chosen bureaucrat.
  • There was no search committee.
  • There was zero consultation with the Leader of the Opposition.
  • This is how Congress unilaterally appointed CECs for decades (including Navin Chawla, whom 180 MPs petitioned against for blatant partisan bias).
  • What the 2023 Act Actually Did: For the first time in Indian history, Parliament passed a statutory law that mandated a statutory seat at the table for the Leader of the Opposition (Rahul Gandhi) alongside the Prime Minister and a Cabinet Minister.

The opposition spent 70 years unilaterally handpicking the CEC with zero transparency, but when a law finally mandates that the Leader of the Opposition sits on the selection panel, you pretend the PM having a hand in appointments is a 2023 invention.

Comparing the constitutional immunity of a quasi-judicial election referee to an elected political executive is peak comedy.

  • Removal Protection Existed Since 1950: Under Article 324(5) drafted by Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, the CEC can only be removed through parliamentary impeachment by a two-thirds majority, the exact same bar as a Supreme Court judge. A Prime Minister can be removed by a simple 50% no-confidence vote tomorrow morning. The CEC was always designed to have greater structural removal security than the PM so that the executive couldn't fire the referee when losing.
  • Section 16 (The Official Acts Protection): What the 2023 Act added under Section 16 is standard quasi-judicial protection: shielding Election Commissioners from civil and criminal proceedings for decisions made in the bona fide discharge of their official functions.

Do you understand why that exists? If an Election Commissioner could be slapped with local criminal FIRs for administrative election duties, every single losing political party and local goon in 543 constituencies would file malicious criminal cases in district courts to arrest and paralyze the referee before counting day.

2

u/protocolghost 8h ago

say i agree with you so the 91% were not accepted then it proofs itself the deletion is true. To the second point imagine in a basket there are 7 orange and 3 green icecream, if i remove certain percentage from them which icecream will be less represented in the basket, basic maths. 3 rd point i ll research more. Till now the other 2 ECs has not come in support of Mr Gyanesh, it shows they were really unhappy with all the single handed decision making done. Also look at Gyanesh kumar kerala incident google on it. That guys pattern is shady. Also about the laws to protect him why now ? what he is expecting he will get sued, what about other ECs he is not the only one. EC has to be truly independent just like our judiciary. All these evidences are more than enough to sack him. Government should actually create an enquiry committee and dig deep. Good night.

1

u/Epsilonice 8h ago edited 8h ago

Its okay its edited by GPT, at least the words are yours!

You brought numbers to the table, but you clearly didn't bother checking what they actually mean. Every single 'bombshell' in your comment collapses the second it meets elementary facts.

You claim: 'Over 22 lakh filed appeals with a 91% success rate proving deletions were flawed.'

  • You fell hook, line, and sinker for a cherry-picked headline. The '91% restoration rate' was calculated from an initial sample of roughly 82,000 appeals disposed by tribunals, out of more than 22 lakh filed (less than 3.5% adjudicated at the time). Claiming 91% of all 22 lakh voters were restored is blatant fabrication.
  • You literally stated that 63% of the deleted voters were Hindu and 34% Muslim. Think for ten seconds: if the ECI was executing a sinister communal conspiracy to disenfranchise opposition voters to hand West Bengal to the BJP, why would nearly two-thirds of the scrubbed names be HINDU? You just completely incinerated your own narrative about a targeted communal purge.

You bring up the Sambhal DM, Manish Bansal, being the CEC's son-in-law as 'proof' of an election-rigging family syndicate.

Do you know what the actual 2024 Lok Sabha result in Sambhal was?

  • Ziaur Rehman Barq of the Samajwadi Party won the seat by a crushing margin of over 1,21,000 votes.
  • If the DM was actively manipulating the election, abusing his police force, and disenfranchising Muslim voters to deliver the seat for his father-in-law's political masters, how did the INDIA bloc candidate win by one of the largest SP margins in western Uttar Pradesh?

In an electorate of nearly 12 lakh voters in Goa, you are citing an IT interface limitation involving literally 97 voters.

  • The local Electoral Registration Officers cleared 97 challenged names, encountered an architectural lack of a reverse-toggle in the ECINET module before the roll freeze, and poll officials immediately handed them Form 6 to register them into the supplementary roll.
  • An edge-case software workflow bug affecting ninety-seven individuals is an administrative fix, not a nationwide constitutional conspiracy to destroy democracy.

You repeat the headline about '14 internal objections' between commissioners.

  • The Election Commission was deliberately structured by Parliament as a multi-member body under Article 324 precisely so that three independent commissioners could debate, push back, and dissent on draft guidelines.
  • When the statutory notifications and final orders for the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) were executed, they were issued with collective institutional sanction.
  • If internal dissent was evidence of illegality, every Supreme Court minority opinion and every Cabinet debate would be a crime.

You tried to dress up WhatsApp conspiracy points with numbers, but all you did was misrepresent statistics, cite a constituency where the opposition won by 1.2 lakh votes, and prove that two-thirds of West Bengal's deleted voters were Hindu.

Placing country above party starts with placing facts above propaganda.

  1. ECI amended form 6 without approval of other commissioners.
  2. ECI has given legal immunity.
  3. ECI was appointed by people in government no votes from LOP or CJI.

These reasons are enough to sack ECI

u/Hitracker_xD 28m ago

Brotha approval dediya sabne, initially there were issues but that's what happens always, discussion is a part of process Rest I do agree that CEC has been given quite a lot of immunity and power, also bjp is quite silent recently or the protestors are too loud.

You do realise that BJP getting more votes and voters being deleted aren't a claim to oppose corruption but rather support it? You are comparing votes gained by BJP with total voters, rather you should compare votes deleted with votes revived. Your comparison base is flawed. Also you yourself have mentioned that corruption did happen via your data, so what exactly are you stating?

1

u/Epsilonice 15h ago

Deleting votes isn't equal to BJP getting more votes. There's a thing called voters frustrated by TMC and swing voters smartypants. 🤦

2

u/chestnut909 12h ago

Fraud voters getting added by BJP isnt very hard to imagine you know.

2

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

Dude, come up with something logical. You are pretending like no one voted for BJP in WB. The entire WB is nothing but a fraud? How sick of you to say that. Someone whose entire head is full of left shit can say like this.

WB is so polarised that even INC's WB unit thanked BJP after winning because TMC goons hijacked INC's offices and the local centres. Think of a state where INC's state unit is thanking BJP, that's WB. And you think the entire WB is full of fraud because they voted for BJP.

For people like you who think "I am correct and everyone is fraud", sick.

2

u/chestnut909 12h ago

I've never said all are fraud, you did. Some are definitely fraud and its very easy to tip the scales.

2

u/Epsilonice 11h ago

I said, "Deleting votes isn't equal to BJP getting more votes. There's a thing called voters frustrated by TMC and swing voters, smartypants. 🤦"

And in reply you said, "Fraud voters getting added by BJP isn't very hard to imagine, you know."

Literally, you changed colours faster than a chameleon.

2

u/chestnut909 11h ago

Both are not mutually exclusive genius both can happen at the same time. People can change who they vote for ofcourse they can, but it doens't mean that fraud voters add nahi hue and real voters delete nahi hue

2

u/Epsilonice 11h ago

Saying 'it’s not hard to imagine' and 'both could happen' isn’t an argument, it’s pure fanfiction.

You’ve gone from claiming statistical proof, to 'just imagine it', to a desperate retreat into 'well, theoretically both can happen simultaneously!' When you have to rely on hypothetical possibilities because you don't have a single scrap of empirical proof, you’ve already lost the debate.

Let’s dismantle your 'fake voters added, real voters deleted' fairy tale...

You seem to think the BJP has a magic portal where they press a button and phantom names appear on the roll.

In the real world, the Special Summary Revision of Electoral Rolls is executed on the ground by Booth Level Officers (BLOs).

  • Who are BLOs in West Bengal? State government employees, municipal workers, and local government school teachers.
  • Under whose administrative apparatus do they work daily? The State Government.

Are you seriously suggesting that West Bengal’s own state machinery and state employees actively conspired to delete TMC’s voters and manufacture lakhs of phantom voters for the BJP right under the nose of Nabanna?

Matter of fact, Didi was the one who gave free ration card, aadhar card and all the necessary documents to Bangladeshis. There's a place in the heart of Kolkata, Park Circus, this place is flooded by illegal Bangladeshis. Almost everyday police came of detention here.

3

u/chestnut909 11h ago

You have come up with a whole lot of crap. I made s very simple comment which is very simple to understand that two things can occur at the same time.

Am I from Bengal? No

Do I like "didi"? No

No I like bjp? No

But I do stand for the truth and for the pillars of democracy.

2

u/Epsilonice 11h ago

Anything I say is crap, everything you say is a word of truth. Okay, I get your answer.

u/Epsilonice 11h ago

Voter lists aren't altered in secret. The Election Commission mandates that draft rolls be made public for weeks during the Claims and Objections window:

  • Form 6 is required for every single addition.
  • Form 7 is required for every single deletion.

Every recognized political party, TMC, CPM, Congress, BJP, appoints Booth Level Agents (BLAs) whose sole job is to cross-verify these lists booth-by-booth.

If lakhs of real voters were being systematically scrubbed and fake ones injected, why didn't TMC’s notoriously aggressive ground network file mass statutory objections under Form 7? Did TMC's booth-level apparatus take a state-wide nap across 80,000 polling stations?

And that's how every party, BJP, CPM and INC flagged many illegal voters across the state at many different constituencies that Didi is illegaly manipulating the vote base.

2

u/Epsilonice 11h ago

Look at your trajectory across three comments:

  1. First, you tried to lecture on comparison bases: 'Look at deleted vs revived votes!'
  2. When that fell flat, you pivoted to: 'Fraud voters getting added isn't hard to imagine.'
  3. When called out on inventing scenarios, you retreated to: 'Both are not mutually exclusive, both could happen!'

Saying 'it could happen' is the universal white flag of someone with zero facts. In the realm of imagination, aliens could also manipulate the EVM chips with laser beams, that doesn't make it a serious political argument.

You can't substantiate voter additions, you can't explain how the state's own BLOs bypassed TMC's booth agents, and you can't show a single constituency where the statutory objections prove your claim. Stick to facts, because your imagination isn't holding up.

2

u/chestnut909 11h ago

Both are not mutually exclusive and you can't seem to accept that truth

Bjp lead over TMC+ is 3176594(31 lakhs). Now if we concentrate this vote to say some 50%(hypothetical number) of seats, and low margin seats. TMC would be winning a lot more seats obviously.

I just made a quick Google search and I got few articles. Data from one time of India arricle:

"In 123 of Bengal’s 293 declared seats, net deletion was larger than the winning margin. BJP won 83 of these seats, TMC 38, and Congress 2. BJP’s tally of 83 out of 123 is roughly two-thirds, broadly in the same zone as its overall dominance in the election."

Net deletion margin was more then votes deleted, and thats a huge number. And this data is for votes who aren't dead(comes out to be 63 lakhs out of total 93 lakhs deletion).

Why you guys dont understand, its increasing odds of winning for say bjp(for now). They can't gurantee the win(atleast for now) but they are greatly improving their odds of winning. Maybe it could just be start or maybe somewhere in b/w, but in future they could make this full proof with enough data and they could increase the odds so much there there won't be any odds left just the gurantee of a win(kind of like a full proof winning formula).

Lastly and tbh most importantly for me. Why you guys act like, even if all the votes get added to TMC or some opposition tally they wouldn't have still won. Why is that even the point. Even if 1 seat has descepancy, thats "UNCONSTITUTIONAL".

Isnt that a much bigger issue? Even if its for 1 seat, thats completely illegal and it shouldn't have been done. Breaking the very fabric of this country? Won't we become like pakistan or some middle east country without any sort of democracy? And not just bjp any party with malice even in future(coz bjp will go some day, there will be a day where we will get other parties as well, not just congress or bjp or other parties). Why we want a precedent where this is even remotely acceptable to any citizen to this country?

The insinuation here is that the people who voted for Mamta last time would continue voting for her…why? Ever heard of anti incumbency?

The SIR was taken to court, the SC directed 700 judicial officers to handle approx 60L voters which had discrepancies. They ordered 23L deletions, a tribunal was formed to hear the grievances and then resinstated 93 percent of those.

The SIR is supposed to be held every ten years to update electoral rolls.

  • That there were no dubious voters added

when the opposition clearly has shown counter examples in court against both And the fact that if opposition had decided to not fight against this, 30L+ voters would not have had the opportunity to vote! You might be right that BJP would have won regardless but to think nothing was wrong in the whole exercise even when opposition managed to save 30L+ voters has to be delusional. Bro if BJP is winning without SIR then what’s the hurry , why can’t the process be paused , fix all issues of false flags where genuine citizens are being removed and then resume the process ? Why is the SIR being done in states so close to election ? BJP is winning anyway right ? To itni jaldi kya hai ?

1

u/Suspicious_Flower349 5m ago

Remember winning in elections is not the issue. The issue is clearly the charges against EC by Indian Express. Anything else is a diversion technique.

1

u/Tough-Ad2655 19h ago

The audacity to say oh we know EC made some mistakes, didnt handle the process due diligently but it doesn’t matter we would have won anyway?

Like instead of asking of a deeper look into the misgivings of EC, instead of asking for basic competency of the govt institutions, holding people accountable.

No no, sb changa si.

Thats like saying dont catch murderers, in the end everyone dies one day. So it doesnt matter.

(Not even taking mamta’s side here, obviously bengal was fed up of her, bjp could have won that area fairly and squarely, but the fact is that the elections were not fair and thats an issue that warrants investigation.)

(Also to your note that in the end nothing changes so it doesnt matter- most seats won by bjp were theough ex TMC ministers, so on the whole its same people in power, why are you defending the same people bjp used to accuse of being corrupt?)

Purely on SIR and it's impact on WB elections - Really don't know what Dipke claimed, but if you are claiming that their was no subterfuge that was demonstrated by how SIR happened in WB, you are missing the facts.

It may be too much of an exaggeration to claim that BJP won because of the same, but it did certainly did keep out eligible voters. Which means that at best, it impacted the margin of BJP's victory

Your fact check was not something which can show hard documental evidence where you can prove what you are saying. Why in CEC only one make decision and authorizing everything in the group of 3. We don't believe even previous West Bengal govt as they are also same who are just in lower power than central before. The actual moto of this protest is Indian Constitution and Law and Order are failed to work, in the implementing authority and was found to be corrupt in the level of supreme court. For example certification of graduation of PM which was supported by law of court in the favour of PM. The education system of India where NEET exam paper get leaked. India braging about CEO's of Multinational Companies are Indian origins does not make sense anymore because braging dont make education system getting advance and work with rules and regulation it requires proper authority which will ensure the students are able to give exams in proper manner where money corruption not deteriorate the study and education of the children. When a PM failed to do these things which means he is not eligible to operate for the given position. Now start question the authority then they start to show violence against protest which demanding for conducting proper exams. The future of 2047 was nothing just a PR stunt for PM. If Vikash was really the requirement then we have to stop the corruption in India. Easy money earning and bribe to get job selling out only make these normalise that's why its upon youth to decide how the true "VIKASH" of Indian can be made.

Do your research properly.

1

u/jevlis_ka123 15h ago

You know in a first past the post system even a few deleted numbers in the right constituencies can makes a huge difference.

2

u/Epsilonice 15h ago

The only thing you missed that, in every constituency BJP won by majority, not small gaps. Even if we included all the appealed names back into the system, that won't make a huge difference for neither BJP not TMC.

Secondly the most deleted SIR name areas are won by TMC. Yes that's true. The 13/20 most deleted areas are won by TMC. The entire chicken neck is won by TMC.

1

u/jevlis_ka123 15h ago

The point is even if a single voter's name was incorrectly deleted, the SIR should be questioned. Rather than retrospectively justified by cherry picking numbers.

Incorrectly deleted? Nah, I say otherwise.

Even my name was deleted three times, my SIR rejected three time because of my negligence. Now I have my name on the list.

There are many I met on Twitter saying that there name was deleted from the draft list, why I'd asked. They said never filled the form at all. 🤣 My stomach was hurting. I laughed straight for 5 mins. Now those same people are bashing BJP and ECI for deleting their names.

So yes, the name are deleted? Yes. Does it make ECI guilty? No. The names are deleted either because you shifted (like in my parents' case) or never filled the form, or have duplicate. I am not counting the death category because all the 27 lakh voters who applead are indeed not died.

People are blaming the ECI and specifically Gyanesh Kumar for haste in implementing it just before the crucial Bengal elections. I agreed that's there's no harm in implementing SIR... But as the other two election commission guys said it needs to be rolled out over a 2 year period giving people enough time to correct their details.

Woh sab theek hai , why did they burn EVM then ?

No one burned EVM, it was electrival fault in Alipore. Even if all the VVPATs along with their voting slips are kept separatly, and ECI said, every vote is intact, none destroyed in the fire. Seems like your knowledge is half baked. I rather say, go and read some news.

VVPAT slips are removed from the VVPAT machines and sealed separately in black envelopes. The BUs, CUs, VVPAT slips and other election materials are stored in strongrooms under the custody of the district election officers concerned. Even SIT probe gave ECI a clear chit on this incident.

I guess you forgt to tell all these. Its okay dimagi naxal. It happens with souls like you!

u/Comfortable_You_8545 13h ago

A probe run by the winning government's own police, with no report published four months later, isn't a clean chit; it's a press release with a badge on it .

u/Epsilonice 13h ago

When the probe was conducted TMC was running the interim state government. Police is a state subject. Please, for god sake, get your fucking facts correct.

2

u/Comfortable_You_8545 12h ago

Suvendu Adhikari took oath on 9 May and the SIT was formed on 12 June, so before telling anyone to get their facts right, check a calendar or find educated person who knows how to read calender . Head shot , now move to hunt another fan of Vishwaguru . Chao .

Cute calendar flex, but congratulations, you just pulled the trigger while pointing the barrel straight at your own foot.

You just proved the absurdity of your own claim. If results were declared and certified on May 4, and the government took oath on May 9, use whatever two brain cells you have left to answer: Why would the WINNING party burn EVMs on June 10, more than a month AFTER already taking power?

To rig an election they had already won, certified, and formed the government on 35 days earlier? Make that make sense.

Now, since you think you're pro-claimed educated answer please:

Where the Fire Actually Started: The blaze originated on the lower floors of the Alipore building, which housed the South 24 Parganas Zilla Parishad offices and the office of TMC leader Jahangir Khan, before spreading upward. If anyone had a panic motive to destroy administrative files post-defeat, it certainly wasn't the party that just won the state.

VVPAT Slips Are Fully Safe: The hardware is stored for administrative retention, but the actual physical paper audit trail, the VVPAT slips, is sealed in black envelopes and stored in the treasury under the independent constitutional custody of the Election Commission of India (ECI), not the state police. The ECI officially confirmed that every single VVPAT slip in the treasury remained completely safe and intact.

Form 17C Exists: Every candidate's polling agent receives a signed, certified copy of Form 17C and Form 20 on counting day with machine-by-machine vote tallies. Did this fire magically travel across Kolkata and incinerate the signed sheets sitting in TMC’s party offices too?

You don't 'burn EVMs to steal an election' a month after you've already been sworn in. Next time you scream 'head shot', make sure you haven't shot yourself in the kneecap first. Chao.

Op answer this. I have one question, BJP made a sting operation video about Suvendu Adhikary's corruption. Why did they make him the CM?

If they can buy a curropt guy whom they proved to be curropt and make him their own CM, how can I trust them at all? Neta curropt chalega, but protestors have to be super solid with their facts? Does it make any sense?

1

u/Epsilonice 12h ago

'Corrupt' ki spelling aati hai nahi, aa gaye whataboutism khelne.

Stick to the topic.

2

u/-sugeek- 12h ago

Also yahan whataboutism Kya h? Why are you not mad that we have a CM by BJP whom BJP proved was corrupt? I'm not getting it. Inte andha koi kaise ho sakta h?

1

u/AppApart 12h ago

Koi andha nahin hai. Sabko sab dikh rha hai. And this qn of a corrupt CM is simply off topic. Khichdi mat banao. Post a new topic in your own Qn and start your activism there

u/-sugeek- 11h ago

Isn't the post about Bengal elections? Isn't the most important thing in a state election, chosing a CM?

1

u/AppApart 11h ago

I think, he proved his mettle by defeating MB and AB of TMC and he was made the CM, generally speaking. And BJP and every other party in the country has corrupt ppl. Kuch pakde gaye hain, baaki pakde jaane wale hain sooner or later

1

u/-sugeek- 11h ago

Pakde jayenge only if they are in the opposition to BJP right? BJP even makes criminals as CM and has people defending the party on reddit.

1

u/AppApart 11h ago

I agree. No issue with the point. And show me one party which doesn't have such kind of corrupt criminals. Just one. Am waiting.

1

u/-sugeek- 11h ago

Why should I do free prachar for any party?

1

u/AppApart 11h ago

There's no answer vro. And party walon ko koi fa*k nahin painda. That's the reality.

1

u/-sugeek- 11h ago

You're right about everyone having criminals. I feel we just need to keep questioning, finding flaws, strengthen institutions and hopefully build an alternative. But no use arguing on behalf of any of these parties

Off topic qn to divert. If CM candidate is a problem, raise it as a different issue. Why club it to a public mandate statistics ?

2

u/-sugeek- 12h ago

It is still related to Bengal elections, do you have an answer?

They literally bought out candidates from TMC.
Why are you supporting a curropt party. It is not about a CM candidate at all.

You don't think they bought votes? Also, the protest is about the irregularities in ECI and they have not yet come clean on those allegations.

Bro, unless you're the BJP or you're getting pretty handsomely paid by their loot, I'm not sure how it helps that you support them.
