CD 1 today. I knew it was coming but still... My luteal phase is still pretty short at about 10 or 11 days and my cycle was 30 days instead of last month's 29.

Trying to get an appointment with a fertility clinic since I'm 40 and running out of time. Onto cycle 5.

I am not sure what to try on my own. I went off birth control at the end of June so I'm not sure if my cycle is still regulating or if there is actually a problem.

Sometiems vitamin c can help with progesterone production and extend the luteal phase to a more normal length. The other thing is promoting healthy and strong ovulation.

My prenatal has vitamin c, and i am taking a chewable one as well. Also trying to eat more kiwis!

I am definitely trying to clean up my diet but other than that, do you have any tips?

Partner might have secondary male factor infertility based on most recent semen analysis. We are super confused because this is a big change from 5 years ago and he has been doing everything "right" in terms of all the lifestyle changes they recommend when trying to conceive. It has almost been a year now with a few months off here and there and nothing. We will meet with a fertility specialist this week but wondering if anyone else is in a similar boat?

Has he been sick recently? I know things like covid can sometimes impact sperm quality

We are pretty diligent about masking and he has not been sick in about 2 years. He did an at home sperm test back in March and his numbers were lower than they were but not as low as this most recent test

I'm so confused 😭 10dpo, got a faint line that appeared in the time window and doesn't seem to be an indent (popped one open to see) but doesn't seem to be positive either. Starting to wonder if I just got a bad batch of FRERs because I also tested 8dpo and got the same faint line and there's been no progession but if they're indents, why are they appearing so quickly?!

Sigh. I don't know if I should test tomorrow or wait until 12dpo.

FRER has been sooooo horrible lately 😞 I’ve been burned by them so many times in the last year it’s ridiculous

Yeah it's just super weird because indents aren't supposed to show as quickly as these are. And it's not just me, my husband sees them too

Next one you take look at the test line area before you take it. I’ve seen almost pink lines on some and I literally toss them immediately, I won’t even dip them and risk thinking about it. I’ve also had very clear pink positives on them when all my others are negative and blood is negative too 😞 it’s devastating.

CD 15 and my OPK was at .31 this afternoon. Means i’m either going to ovulate in the next couple of days or my body is trying to surge and is going to fail. My CM is still creamyish though and a bit slippery. Usually when my body is trying to ovulate i have stretches of watery and ewcm which isn’t happening now. I love having PCOS and being confused about my cycle all the time 😂

CD3 today and I called my fertility clinic to schedule an ultrasound at CD1. They haven’t called me back

I’m not happy with my clinic either, they have no sense of urgency. Isn’t that supposed to be their business model? I am trying to schedule with a different clinic for a second opinion.
