Reddit DMs Why are men?

Nothing about my profile or anything involving it would ever make it seem like I would be open to a message like this

To all the men saying “at least he asked” I was never asked if I was okay receiving an unsolicited sexual message from a stranger. Asking for consent implies that the person has already expressed some sort of sexual interest in you. Don’t message strangers sex shit. It isn’t some unalienable right to ask women if they want to fuck you. Doing that with no other preamble makes you a creep.

I made a post about having bottom dysphoria as a trans woman on a sub for women and got 3 separate DMs from dudes asking if they could see it.

I could mute them overall but most of the DM requests I get are people asking for information/advice on things since I communicate medical information for a living so I endure the horny men in order to be able to remain available for assisting strangers.

No, Im a lesbian on the internet and apps and will only consider men I meet in real life cuz they're just much more likely to be normal outside the screen.
