I’m drunk right now…. Only because I finished a bottle last night and sat in the shower for 2 hours trying not to die. Now I’m laying down trying to sleep while spinning. I resonate a lil bit

If you drink like that regularly it'll be way worse than some lower back pain. Take it from someone who's been there. You don't wanna be.

I went through medical detox at 27. I was drinking roughly a gallon of tequila every 3 days. The choices were go through medical detox that night or I was going to die. I had drink so much that week that I sent my liver into shock and burned a hole in my esophagus. Get help while you're ahead. You do not want medical detox.
