One thing that always bugged me about Bowser's Inside Story on 3DS was that they reused the victory animations from Dream Team instead of remaking the original ones. Lucky for me, the poses already existed in that art style, so I decided to try and remake them myself, and this was the result!

It is already playable but has some bugs that needs to be fixed right now.

I must say it is really cool to battle together.

As fellow fans of the Mario and Luigi series, we all know that the canonical ingredients for Chuckola Cola are the following:

• Chuckola Fruit, grown locally in Chucklehuck Woods

The fruit comes in three different variants. Red, White, and Purple, respectively.

• Savoury Syrup, which serves as the base of the drink that is poured inside of a barrel
• And finally, humorous jokes are told to the fruit residing within the barrel to make it 'chuckle' or laugh, giving the drink its fitting name. Chuckola Cola.

That being said, I thought about this recently while drinking some cherry-flavoured Coca-Cola, and it led me to think (strictly speaking from a headcanon-wise perspective), "hmmm, what if there were other Chuckola fruit variants out there that could potentially lead to alternative flavours of Chuckola drinks?

For instance, instead of telling humorous jokes...what if the style or manner in which the jokes were delivered changed?

I.e., instead of telling light-hearted or jovial jokes, one utters macabre humour instead as part of the drink brewing process, and that would change the outcome and appearance/flavour of the drink entirely.

Furthermore, there might also exist other sub-variants of Chuckola Fruit out there in the explored forested wilderness of the Beanbean kingdom (and beyond) that would only respond to specific types of comments or gags. I.e., maybe there could be a very rare or specific type of Chuckola fruit that would only yield a specific variety of a drink if told a very unique or distinct type of riddle?

Take for example, the following (possible) drink variants:

• Enigma Elixir: (Based on Riddles and Logic)
• Cringe Vintage: (Dad Jokes and Cringy one-liners)
• Wicked Blend: (Drink based on Macabre or Dark Humour)

In any case, this was just something that popped into my head recently when rewatching some older playthrough videos of Superstar Saga.

So I thought I would share my thoughts with the M&L fan base community for those who are as curious about the topic as I am!

Their deaths don't matter in this case. Let's say that a villain came back to life with a spell/wish/time travel/other method. Who do you think would work best?

Me personally, I think the Shroobs, including the Princesses, being thawed out and taking over the present Mushroom Kingdom on a 3D game would be a nice way to bridge the gap between mainline and RPG games.

The Mario and Luigi villains all have their names be a pun of something.

Cackletta is a pun of cackle.

Shroob is shroom, but with a b.

Fawful is a combination of guffaw and awful.

Zokket is a pun of socket

And Reclusa is a pun of reclusive.

But then you have Antasma, and I can't really think of what that's supposed to be a pun of. If it is a pun at all. So I'm curious. Is Antasma's name supposed to be a pun?

Thought it'd be interesting to share my own view of these games given I'm someone trying to carry the torch so to speak, and I found some of my opinions to be pretty different from the overall consensus on the series so I figured you guys might find them interesting. This might be controversial

I ranked the original BIS one below the remake, as I've only finished the remake, but I imagine they're not too different.

I ranked OG Superstar Saga by itself for 2 reasons

1. It's too different from the modern ones

2. I didn't enjoy it, and personally I think the remake is better

(Yeah, this is based off of that Simpsons meme.)

This is actually some older art that I finally got around to finishing. Cackletta is discouraged by not being able to sell any of her handmade goods at the Toad Town farmers market (where she sells them disguised as a Toad), but she is reminded why she goes through the effort she does.

And yes, that is the little home that she lives in within Dimble Woods with Antasma and the kids. It is MUCH bigger on the inside than what it appears on the outside.

We don’t really know anything about her backstory and all that.

Ive done this tropical toad rescue mission about 3 times and everytime i get to this bridge i get about 2 or 3 toads then the ones that are left just refuse to float back down, am i doing something wrong here?

edit: yes, I did look a youtube video up, the toads work perfectly fine for the people playing its just a my game issue
