Question Anyone feel horrible headaches within 1-3 days?

I began a 5 day fast, im currently 1 day 4 hours in, and my headache is horrible lol. I was a heavy coffee drinker, so that probably is some withdrawal symptom from it. Any tips on the first few days? Im testing myself to gradually go longer.

Could be caffeine. Could be electrolytes. For most purposes, unless you're fasting for religious reasons, there's no reason you can't have black coffee on a fast. There's some evidence it improves some benefits of fasting. I find a moderate amount of electrolytes help a lot for headaches and other bodily stuff.

Depending on how pure you want to be, I love black coffee while fasting.

Its 99% caffeine withdrawals. Headaches are super common when you cut off caffeine.

As a sidenote I wouldn't cut out caffeine when fasting, it makes it easier.
