I do, I have been dealing with this for 12 years. My father died when I was 20 years old and I was left in New York alone and was so messed up from it, I’ve had anxiety and depression my whole life but once my dad passed I got dpdr and haven’t been the same since. Questioned so much of my reality and had insane weird existential questions. Idk how to get over this but only time will tell I guess…

I’m sorry you’re dealing with it.

Did you manage to keep working, functioning etc? I legit feel like I completely forgot how to do everything I used to do

I’m working and have been my whole life regardless of dealing with this, it somehow has been so debilitating I forgot so many things and barely know who I am but somehow I still keep getting a paycheck and paying for all my bills and have a decent amount of things in my life idk how I feel like I’m just floating but I’ve gotten through life with dpdr the whole time, sometimes it’s better and sometimes it’s worse. Idk.

It was great but this has been kind of really rough the past few months so I’ve been kinda just going to work and coming home. But before it got this bad the past couple months I’ve been social going out with friends a lot so idk.
