Waaait a minute. I did a photoshoot of shelter cats a couple of years ago in St. Petersburg. Among them was a very tame and affectionate cat named Luka. He was adopted almost immediately after the shoot. Here's one of his photos.

I think that is the same cat surprisingly. His patterning on his face seems really close. You might be seeing the same kitty years later, that's real cool.

Usually I'd agree. Coincidence/probability does exist after all, so chances two cats with rounded faces called Luka exist.
So unless the original poster tells where they got their Luka, it's pretty hard to be sure. But the way their patterns are very close, so it does put a good possibility in my mind.

I'll never understand parents who post videos of their kids to social media. I guess validation by strangers on reddit is more important than their kids' privacy.
