Replacement plug?

Hey guys, so bought a sweet little Tracker Grizzly 1650T and it’s a nice little boat. however, it has a freaking 2” transom plug. I was supplied with a 2” PVC plug for it(how crappy is that?)

Does anyone have a good upgrade for it? Thats currently my only complaint about the boat but it’s really a pain in the ass to have to bust out the channel locks every time I get home and have to run that long winded plug out
