question Can it be filled saved?

Hey I’m so stressed can that 6th molar be saved with filling?it’s shaved almost 2years I did not do crown im young 18 so stressed about it can it be filled ?

The photo shows a broad prepared surface still exposed, with staining and softened areas along the grooves — consistent with decay progressing over the two years it has been uncovered. Whether a composite filling suffices or a crown or inlay is needed depends on how much sound tooth remains, so the first step is a radiograph to assess the depth and remaining structure. At eighteen the pulp still has good reparative capacity, and there's every prospect of keeping the tooth. Does it feel sensitive or hurt when you bite? Also, could you tell me your sex?
