depends on whether you’re gonna go to a dental hospital or private. in the hospital, you’ll go to the dentist, they’ll take an xray, if you have a cavity they’ll fill it and they’ll clean your teeth first if needed. these steps will be skipped in private i think? they’ll just take an xray and they’ll map out what they need to do. you have crowding so they’re probably gonna extract a few teeth and fit you with braces so the teeth that are out of alignment can fit into your arch
