Well this is a blueprint for what Trump will be doing for the next 2 years. While congress is investigating him and his family and inner circle over corruption, he’ll be using the govt tools like the fbi and DOJ to investigate congress.
At any rate, from a legislative perspective he will be lame ducked but optically it at least looks like he is doing something from the perspective of his supporters.
When stuck flood the zone and go on the attack. When not stuck flood the zone and grab the money. It’s best he at least be stuck.

Trump accepted 500 million from the uae spymaster. We know exactly how he got that money. Do we know her payments?
If you're saying "Unexplained enrichment and inaccurate financial disclosures concerning her husband’s businesses." do we know what was inaccurate?
If you're saying "Participating in, benefiting from, or enabling Minnesota’s Feeding Our Future food-aid fraud."
Does she have a company that took government contracts? How did she manage to participate in distribution as a legislator, when signing contracts comes from the executive?
A lot of this list seems more like the kind of stuff people would throw out on Twitter without bothering to fact check any of it.

Elon Musk, who illegally overstayed his visa in his early years in the U.S., and who may have lied on his naturalization application. While Omar was a minor when she was brought to the U.S., and any errors on her application would have been done by her father.
My suggestion: next Democratic President investigates Musk, and any other maga supporter who is naturalized, and make it obvious that it's politically motivated - and point out that Trump did the exact same thing. Meanwhile, a Democratic Congress can propose a law to require a non-partisan, independent oversight board to approve any such investigations that could lead to denaturalization.
