Ableton itself has an article on buying a used copy of Live. It's important to note that Ableton has the power to confirm that a secondhand license is legitimate.

If you bought (or buy) a second hand MIDI controller that was originally bundled with Live Lite but the serial number that came with it is missing or already used up, you can apply to Ableton for a new Live Lite serial. It's not 100% successful but why not give it a try?

You can also easily obtain a Live Lite license by either buying Koala App or Ableton Note.

Hopefully this thread is still active, I'm selling my Live 12 Suite (upgrade) license for 300€.

Payment: Revolut or IBAN (SEPA transfer). Last option is PayPal (I don't really like PayPal actually, but if no option then let's do it).
