Ableton itself has an article on buying a used copy of Live. It's important to note that Ableton has the power to confirm that a secondhand license is legitimate.

If you bought (or buy) a second hand MIDI controller that was originally bundled with Live Lite but the serial number that came with it is missing or already used up, you can apply to Ableton for a new Live Lite serial. It's not 100% successful but why not give it a try?

You can also easily obtain a Live Lite license by either buying Koala App or Ableton Note.

hello !! does anyone have a lite serial key to spare pls 🥺✨? if not it’s ok! i’ll just waste away across the winds, the sounds of an intravenous internet following beyond my own low resolutions✨

(basically i started using lite cause i thought that was like a light demo version which it kinda is? but i realized you can’t save anything on it if you get a save-functioning suite trial or probably the real thing because it acts like a separate program. and i was thinking of getting intro but im new to daws so something super simple like lite would work best right now also im low on human funds anyway ⭐️ ) tysm!🧚🏼‍♀️
