using athenol

The reading part claimed that as long as ethanol emissions carbon dioxide, it can not be a good alternative to other feuls. However, the professor thoutgh that due to more planting for producing ethanol carbon dioxide will be absorbed by plants. Therfore, it is obviusly a effective method to confront with global warming.

Secondly, it was argued that the plants are considered as a food supply for some kind of animals like cow. Thus, Useing plants to produce fuels can decrease the animals's source of food. On the other side, it was said that a part of plants that is not eatable by animals can be regarded as a fuel supply. It means that the using plants will not be a threatening for animal's food.

Lastly, the reading part asserted that there is no difference between fossile fuels and ethanols in regard of price. It claimed that the government's tax subsiders keep ethalon's price low. If the government stops doing that, ethanol gets expensive. However, the professor believed that the more ethanols will be generated, the price will be cheaper.

I’m disappointed to see that there have not been many comments in this sub. I want to help so I will start with yours.

“…as long as ethanol EMITS carbon dioxide…to other FUELS.”

“…the professor THOUGHT that due to more plantingS, for producing ethanol, carbon dioxide will be absorbed by THE plants. THEREFORE, it is obviously, AN effective method to HELP with (the problem of) global warming.”

“…animals, like COWS. Thus, USING …ANIMALS’ (apostrophe outside the last S, no extra ‘s’. This shows possession when there are more than one thing.)”

“…not EDIBLE…”

“…that (eliminate ‘the’) using plants will not be a THREAT TO the animal’s food sources.”

“…FOSSIL fuels…in regard TO price.”

“…tax SUBSIDIES keep ETHANOL’S…”

“…ethanol WILL GET expensive.”

“…price will GO DOWN.” You can use ‘cheaper’ here, and will be understood, but it is not the best word choice. You are trying to indicate the the price will affected by higher production, which will push the price in a direction - down.

I hope it’s not too late for this to help you in some way. Overall, your English is very good. You are perfectly understandable!
