USA Unknown person in "Find My Account"

Is Michael a ghost who somehow got a hold of my phone? I was logging into Uber a few days ago and selected "Find My Account" and came across this unknown account as an option to select. I even texted the guy who claims he has no idea how his email and phone number could be connected to my device. I have already emailed Uber Support for answers. Waiting to hear back. What's the deal in this situation?

The “matching” might be using other criteria even outside of phone identifiers and email. 🤷‍♂️ Think about ad targeting technology. They could easily be using something similar to “profile” a user and if they narrow it down to 2 or 3 potential matches, present those as options.
