Class action on internally canceled orders?

Posted about my experience previously - uber support canceled an order and said I canceled it when a driver stole my food. Is there a class action or some legal way (small claims) to hold them accountable for literal theft?

No, being a digital only platform people usually have their financial institution claw back the money.

Also Uber canceling and not refunding isn't really a widespread problem. The lack of refund usually happens when the customer cancels rather than wait for the system to do it

I get that, but they’re saying that I canceled whenever I never canceled the order through any medium so they internally canceled it but are charging me cancellation fee because they couldn’t fulfill the order

The person that you responded to has 12k contributions in 4 years

It’s either a bot or someone paid to astroturf by uber. This is why you’re getting thumbed down
