Class action on internally canceled orders?
Posted about my experience previously - uber support canceled an order and said I canceled it when a driver stole my food. Is there a class action or some legal way (small claims) to hold them accountable for literal theft?

Nothing I know of right now specifically for internally cancelled orders. Two things worth knowing though. Uber's US terms have an arbitration clause, which makes a class action hard. Your practical options are: 1) a chargeback with your card issuer for goods not received (send them screenshots of the order, the cancellation and Uber's support chat), which is often the fastest way to get the money back, and 2) small claims, which the arbitration terms usually still allow. Do the chargeback first.

Report that you didn’t get your food they should refunding your money and it’s gonna go bad on the driver

Gig companies are giving away free money
Take them to arbitration
It’s free
Uber will pay for it because they’re forced to.
It’s a very simple process.
Google it. “How do I take uber to Arbitration as a customer for an order that I never received”

No, being a digital only platform people usually have their financial institution claw back the money.
Also Uber canceling and not refunding isn't really a widespread problem. The lack of refund usually happens when the customer cancels rather than wait for the system to do it
