USA Rant about the “Help” chat

So, my husband brought home burgers for us for dinner, mine was made wrong (i have allergies), sucks, but I said “Oh, well. I’ll order one.” I pay $15.00 to have another delivered (different place) and make sure I explicitly state what can and cannot be on the burger. It comes, WRONG 😭 so I asked for a refund, Uber eats AI says no and sends me $2.00 apple cash……yeah, no. I’m not get two BS bucks, so I waited tor 15 minutes for a live agent to give me a full refund. Why do they make this process so difficult? (Rhetorical). I don’t use it anymore but I’m gonna delete it after this, I swear 😭😂
