.04% of the atmosphere is CO2 so I’d say no. Also we could go green and all that but will other countries follow along? Probably not

The claim is that humans sre not changing the climate. right? That is what we are focused on.

So, are you saying that CO2 levels are too low to affect the climate? Are you saying humans are not affecting CO2 levels? Which one do you mean?
