I would say he is more of an Edison: stealing all the inventions his workers come up with and claiming to be a genius who single handedly invented all of it.
not once did Edison say he wanted to break into the "government" industry and say it was unfair the only way for an "entrepeneur" to "break in" is through a war, election, or revolution.

Edison wasnt this stupid. Elon Musk is NEXT LEVEL stupidity and so is all the other tech bros who say this shit.
Well that was because he paid trump a couple hundred million during the election so that he could break up all the government departments investigating his crimes.
Lets not pretend Edison wasn't as morally bankrupt, he just came up in a less shameless time where you could get away with less. Think of it like how Nixon got impeached for what he did but Trump is still in office despite doing far worse. Edison and Nixon absolutely both would have done worse if they thought they could get away with it.
