I remember my 6th grade science teacher saying "Now were going to do a unit on evolution because the state says we have to, but we all know God created the world in 7 days"
I know many Christians who work in the sciences. Mostly with NASA but also biologists and chemists and nuclear physicists. Science and the Bible are not contrary, but certain scientific notions are.
that’s one thing I like about the Catholic Church. they’re fine with science stuff like evolution, as long as you’re saying god did evolution. the Catholic Church would be a pretty cool organization if it wasn’t for the prolific rape they’ve covered up
