Nope, it is an unusually terrible picture though. It's from a visit to greece a while back last year or so. Lots of other less ugly pictures but he was in a majorly gross drunken state. I think in that crazy nasty picture he fell down wearing a black towel in the water and it looked super gross. Here's another picture from the same trip
