Yep. The only reason any woman would put up with him is for his money, so that's all understands because he's such a narcissist that he's incapable of seeing someone else's perspective. He couldn't even fathom someone actually liking their partner for their personality.

Elon says that because he doesn't have a six-pack; he has six cars (or probably more).
The point is, he claims to believe that because if he didn't have money, nobody would touch him.
