This isn’t about his comments from the rally though. This is trying to provide false equivalency on some one off negotiation with a Russian vassal state.

Russian oligarchs just paid for Trump Jr’s wedding. “But it was repaid.” 🙄 common sense would say “don’t accept that money in the first place.” It was only repaid after public back lash.

Now Trump is negotiating giving Russia $22 billion for some oil. Thank god we can track some of these connections now to make sure we have an objective review of conflict of interest.

Jared Kushner and Steve Witkoff are negotiating on behalf of the US. Kushner is bringing in his investors to provide them an opportunity to sit at the table. Meanwhile Witkoff has developed the International Development Finance Corp. Check out the board there… some interesting people on the board.

The process now looks like this: Kushner and his Saudi/Quatari friends purchase the oil. He owes them anyways after losing a few billion from his investment firm.

Next up the DFC purchases the oil. 15% off the top for them per the agreement.

Next up it’s sold to the US federal gov to restock our SPR.

Awesome that the negotiators have allowed their friend to pocket a few billion before giving us that oil from Russia. Thank god there aren’t sanctions on Russia right now.

Yes

yes they are this is what he said he was talking about gas prices and they re-edited it to change the narrative. Only a fool would believe he’s letting the country we are at war with blow up California.

If you need an infographic and flow chart to explain his message, the issue is with the messenger, and not the interpretation.

Yeah, he talks like he’s struggling to find words but that doesn’t excuse what the media is doing. You don’t have to like Trump to reject this nonsense.

And this doesn't prove anything.

If proves that the media is pushing a hoax for gullible people to believe and it looks like it was over the head of all Redditors.

And the clip didn’t “eliminate box 1 and 3,” per your sub par infographic. The clip showed his whole conversation and you still needed this flow chart to break it down.

And I agree 110%. Trump wasn’t trying to say “bombing cities is a small price to pay.”

With previous politicians/statesmen this country has had though, nobody needed a flow chart of the speech and they’re quoted decades later.

I dumb it down and you still don’t understand he didn’t do anything wrong.

That’s what we’re saying. The message of whether or not a president is comfortable with two US cities being decimated shouldn’t have to be sifted through to determine the right answer. It should be brutally clear that he doesn’t want that.

He didn’t do that. He actually quite honestly sucks at clear messaging. It makes him look unhinged. The leader of the free world shouldn’t be unhinged, but at the moment it just looks like Trump is the leader of the fee world.

The media twisting his words is what makes him seem like that .

Dude, all I saw was the straight clip of him talking…

You know what, I think he was putting in a little joke and jab at two Leftist cities. Not sure San Diego is on par with LA, but whatever. He does this sort of tangent frequently. If the Left wants to clutch pearls over this, I really don’t care. I’ve seen them cheer literal assassination attempts.

A President willfully saying that a US enemy should bomb a US city is fucking disgusting. Oh it's just a joke... You guys always trying to say this shits a joke like he really didn't mean it. You can watch the full video and tell he doesn't like California at all because they have different views. Dude should have retired long ago.

That’s not even what he said. Watching the full video makes it pretty clear what he was trying to say, even if it was word salad.

I watched the full video. He rhetorically said to "let them" bomb those cities. It's clear he meant that if they did that it would have been bad... so he AT LEAST has plausible deniability in terms of meaning to say anything terrible.

The problem is he's such a moron he keeps walking into the rake... over and over again. Why couldn't he have just said "WHAT IF they bombed LA or San Diego, what would liberals have thought of that?"*

*For the record, all of our intelligence agencies said that Iran was not a threat to the US... so he's just lying again, as usual...

Yeah, this “non-war” with Iran is a mess. Israel said “We’re going in, join us or it’ll be a mess” and then said that if there’s boots on the ground, they won’t be Israeli.

So now Israeli is done with it and we’re stuck holding a bull by its horns.

If the GOP takes a whooping in the elections, I think they can thank Iran. Congress should have never abdicated their war powers.

Iran has been owed a good bombing for years. Trump is the only President willing to smack them down.
