He's not. He's retiring next year, and the election for his seat is going on right now. They've already had the primaries for the seat, and it's Charles Booker vs. Andy Barr, who looks to be even more evil than ol' Moscow Mitch. He's much more of a hardliner when it comes to making people he doesn't like suffer.
