It's far more space efficient to put urinals together since then you can have more urinals

And urinals don't need as much space. If the urinals were all on the right wall, the space could be brought in to where the stalls doors are.

I was actually going for what we in German call a "Pissrinne", which is just a gutter in the floor. Ideally you just piss on the wall and it ends up in that gutter. Ideally.

Could you though? Theres already 6 units on either side. 

You could fit an extra one, maybe 2 urinals and you might have to get rid of a toilet as they need more space.

If all the urinals are on one side the whole bathroom can be narrower while keeping the aisle the same width. Also, these AI generated stalls are much smaller than a normal stall, in real life the space savings would be greater.

But real bathrooms are designed to be as space efficient as possible, with stalls on one side and the urinals on another. The size of the bathroom when designing a building takes this into account. The bathroom in the image isn't even a real bathroom.

That would have been my main point, too, that it just defeats the purpose of having urinals at all if you don't make use of the fact that they're more space efficient and you can therefore pack more of them into the same space.

Mens restrooms also don't need as many stalls as they do urinals. This setup in the OP is excessive
