That's what I was thinking despite the fact that this is a joke. Toilets have a 3-4" outlet and urinals are 2". They can't be circuit vented together so the plumbing gets a lot more complicated. Not saying it can't be done, but gets more expensive because you need 2 branches on each side instead of one, one 3" and one 2" inch. Either that or you'd need to separately vent every fixture which would cost more as well.

I'd pitch it as an option but no one would choose it if it cost twice as much for labour and materials.
