XXXXX gskill honors warranty
simply telling my RMA experience with gskill last month.
i bought the RAM as part of a combo deal from microcenter in 2023. the RAM was the "free" item, valued at 1 cent on the receipt, which i was worried about being a problem. come 2026 when i finally run memtest and test all the various RAM configs in different slots, 1 stick is completely bad.
the RMA process was easy. i submitted the form on Thursday sep 10th at noon, got the RMA confirmation Friday morning, sent out the RAM via USPS ground friday, and was holding my brand new RAM on Wednesday. they never asked for the receipt, just the date of purchase, serial and location of purchase.
def a gskill fan for life for holding up their end of the bargain and making the process so easy.

I had a similar experience with T-Force. One bad stick in a kit I got when buying a used PC. T-Force asked no questions and replaced it with a brand new kit (not just a replacement for the stick that had gone bad). Took about a month (which they were up front about) but other than that it was great. No receipt or proof of anything required (other than sending them the ram for testing).
Also, Geil did the same . Bad stick, replaced in a few days no questions asked.
Both 10/10 RMA experiences and I’ll def buy from both companies again.

I got ram from Teamgroup and they suck. For some reason they wanted both sticks, not just the broken one. It’s been 1.5months and I still don’t know if they’ll give me new stick or not. Never buying from them ever again

Me, my brother, and Dad all use G.Skill RAM. And now we all plan on sticking with them for life after hearing about their RMA.
