This was the first game between the 2 in the last three years that didn't come down to last drive. It was bad from 93-2004 and again 2011 to 2024, but let's not act like it's not different now.
Packers have all the credit for this win but it was without the bears starting QB, monangai was out and swift playing injured, and 5 D starters out. This felt almost like one of the games the bears would steal when Rodgers was out as opposed to the same old thing.
That being said it was bad. Johnsons worst game and Bagent was terrible. Love played an amazing game as did his receivers.
...GB was out Micah Parsons, Josh Jacobs, their WR2, their pro bowl MLB1, their pro bowl RT, and 2 more starters, on top of missing 3 kicks. Obviously QB being out is big but we were dunking all over them last year even tho we beat Malik Willis. Dunno why you're listing the other positions being out like that's not every team in football.
I don't think you got my point. I'm not saying packers didn't earn that win. I’m saying this isn't the same situation as when games would look like this when the Bears were just plain bad.
At least since Ben Johnson the record is at 2-2, which feels more like a rivalry than it’s been in a long time. Don’t pretend you didn’t care about losing the WC game.
I also don’t think it’s unfair to blame our backup QB (which many Packer fans did following Chicago’s win over Willis a few years ago). A win is a win tho, just praying for a good Christmas present this year from my team.

Green Bay v Chicago has always been overated. There’s no parity. The packers have owned the bears since Farve
They can’t even beat the white mike Tomlin and his firmly un elite qb
