I had a helmet stolen at 11 years old, this was right when we implemented a law for bicycle helmets. I was given a ticket that day and my parents expected me to go door to door asking if I could do lawn work for money. Anyway I had to pay like 300$ since it just sat and accrued for 5 years when I wanted my drivers license. They fucked me bad.

The original ticket was like 45$

The law and your parents are assholes for not paying that for you and at least having you pay them back
