Help Copy paste btw Mac and Ipad problem

I have an Ipad pro and Macbook air… when I copy something from my Ipad and paste it on my macbook it works.
But when I copy something on my MacBook and I try to paste it on my Ipad nothing happens. Did anyone encounter this problem and how can I fix it?

I've had it the other way around! Copy on my MacBook paste on my iPhone is fine, copy on my iPhone paste on my MacBook doesn't work!

Nope! Ever since Golden Gate it's been screwed

Okay so it was fixed for me, I wrote on Terminal this things claude gave it to me : defaults write ~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.coreservices.useractivityd.plist ClipboardSharingEnabled 1

I don’t know if its gonna help you

If it works one way but not the other, it's usually Handoff being off on one side. On the Mac check System Settings > General > AirDrop & Handoff and make sure "Allow Handoff" is on, then check the same on the iPad. If it still won't go Mac to iPad, try turning Wi-Fi and Bluetooth off and on on both.

Direction matters because the iPad only checks the shared clipboard when the app you are pasting into comes to the foreground, and the clip only lives for a minute or so. So copy on the Mac, then immediately wake the iPad and open the target app, rather than unlocking it and scrolling around first. If that still fails, reboot both rather than fiddling with settings.
