I’m 23 and I live in ISL, and I sometimes go to different cafes and restaurants where I see a girl I find viby. Sometimes, I just want to say hi, have a casual conversation, and see if we vibe or not. Nothing more than that.

But honestly, sometimes the responses are so rude that I end up feeling like I’ve done something wrong just by approaching someone politely.

I get that girls have their reasons to be cautious, and I respect that. Maybe it’s because of the harassment stories we hear so often, or maybe there’s more to it that I don’t understand.

Hey, so I had been talking to someone online and he claims to be a green forest and was initially interested in meeting me and all but because we live in different cities it never happened.
Still we stayed connected on and off on instagram via reels, messages and vns. He seemed like a genuinely nice guy and we had so much in common. But he never moves past instagram, like no number exchange and stuff. Still he remembers alot of the stuff I told him like my favorite movies and shows etc.
Our equation is low key casual and he never flirts like initially he used to but it has been 8-9 months and it is not even leading to anything concrete. I asked him recently and he said he is single af. Then why doesn't he show any genuine interest in me?
