Vren Stax Help for Bracket 4

I play Vren. I like the duder and I think it's cute, yet oppressive in many ways.

I'm struggling keeping up in a bracket 4 game when many of the strategies are combo, yet the way the deck works is to deny creature based strategies. I figured that some sort of slowing down the game may work in order to give me time to build up the rats--that led me to trying some stax effects as even combo based decks at least play some creatures. Most of these are just forced sac which goes along with the theme so it seems to work.

Let me know your thoughts on whether this idea would work at all, or whether you would make any changes. Deck lists below in both Archedekt and Moxfield. <3
