Holy shit, this guy tried to slowly murder his co worker over a year of poisoning and he got 1 day in jail? California is so fucked.

She must have had a shit lawyer as well. She got less than $7500 in restitution. ($500k was requested, and personally, that still seams small given the case.) That probably barely covered (if at all) her legal fees and days off of work, and thats not including the ones where she was dying from being poisoned.
