"Melania Trump was granted a green card in 2001 under the EB-1 visa, often referred to as the "Einstein visa," which is designed for individuals with "extraordinary ability" and "sustained national and international acclaim." This visa allowed her to later sponsor her parents for U.S. citizenship."
Her being the bad guy and part of the bad tribe does not justify spreading this misinformation or propaganda for the past decade.
EB-1 is not a "genius" visa, it's a visa for people who fulfill requirements related to reaching a notable level of acclaim, importance or success.Â
If you don't have a petitioner or one of the highest awards, you need to qualify on 3 out of 10 conditions; And if you know them, it's quite obvious that the legal interpretation of each one can get murky at times, especially in the field of arts.
So Melania is merely a well-known example of the very likely intended subjectivity of that visa.
So which field in sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics did she reach a notable level of acclaim, importance, or success when she was granted an EB-1 visa?
Particularly given that quite a bit of her modeling would have happened illegally under a travel visa that forbade her working.
