Question Make it make sense
I called support soon as I grabbed my cart at the start of my block and told them 4 packages were damaged covered in some sort of oil that leaked from one of the packages. I stead of putting dirty oily packages in my car and damaging my seats plus delivery an oily packages to the customer I told support so they would have me leave the packages at the return zone. How is it I still get dinged for this? Has anyone experienced similar situation and what was your outcome?

Always always always have someone at the station remove the packages before you leave…if that did happen then reply back to the email that those packages were removed from your block and you never left the station with them. This will prompt them to manually go check that out (that the packages were put back in the system) and they should reverse the dings…if you didn’t have someone remove them from your route…as far as they are concerned…you still have the packages

I did that twice and I still got dinged lol Amazon is so full of shit

Yup someone else took my cart I told the guy working there he removed it from my block and I got dinged for 30 packages undelivered and not returned. Put me from fantastic to at risk in one go. Tried fighting it saying you can see they were all delivered that day and someone from the location removed it. Nope support denied it. Their support is ass

Yup, it’s not even support at this point. Quite literally any issue you have, ever, will be your fault and drag you down even if it’s not your fault. it’s literally all just luck at this point if you don’t have issues or cross your fingers customers don’t falsely accuse you of stuff.

Get yourself some rubber floor and trunk mats and keep some disposable latex gloves in the car. Amazon dont care about us at all and deliver everything.

It’s normal Amazon procedure, I don’t blame you for not wanting to put it in your car, but expect to get dinged if you return them, I would recommend you bring a roll of heavy duty garbage bags so you can still deliver them to avoid dings
