Hey everyone, I'm shaking right now as I write this I literally don't know what to do. I met some gnomes earlier tonight at Blue Moon Inn and they convinced me to play battle shots. I can hold my liquor pretty well but man those little fuckers can drink. Next thing I know, we're in Morytania racing minecarts in the caves, I mean I must have been going 15 km/hr. Suddenly some poor lad in a red helmet and an ardy cloak 1 ran right in front of the tracks. I mean the fucker came out of nowhere. I got out and tried to check on him but he was pretty mangled. I don't remember much but I'm pretty sure his last words were "Tell them it was a d/c." I mean what the hell is that supposed to mean?

I don't even know what to do, I'm still pissed but I came straight home to write this because I don't know what to do. Any advice will be appreciated thanks in advance

Obviously the idea of an endgame hybrid set that's directly competing with basically every current melee and mage set (Torva, Inquisitor's, Oathplate, Ancestral, and Virtus) was an awful idea and got shot down quickly for a good reason, but what I feel like went under the radar was how genuinely good it looked design-wise, and I think they could've still reused this design with minimal changes to propose an elemental mage robe, basically Virtus but for normal spellbook. That would've kinda fit with the direction they ended up taking the raid in too, with the elemental fragments and the massive amount of speculation on Harm being BiS for at least some parts of TFA.

I was doing a few trips at brutus and decided to do a quick farm run, while running to the fruit tree near Gnome Stronghold a flying boulder hit me.

At least rune equipment is halfway decent, getting 99 smithing might be cool for some snowflake accounts.

An iron platebody needs 33 smithing to make and 1 defence to wear. 33 for trash tier equipment that is dropped and sold everywhere. I doubt there's a soul alive who would object if the smithing requirement for iron was lowered.

A steel platebody needs 48 smithing to make and 5 defence to wear. 15 minutes after you start your account, you need 48 smithing to to make yourself a full set of gear. That's completely insane. Again, surely nobody on this planet insists that it stay this way.

So when do the objections start?

Edit:
After the incident with TCG, it makes sense that most of you are concerned by the strain on the wiki's API. Even though the plugin uses the exact same caching strategy as the official website, it does have automatic refresh enabled whereas on the site this is a checkbox you have to enable. I will disable this in the upcoming update.

I do however think that most of this is blown far out of proportion, this plugin should put similar strain on the API as the official site does. Had hoped for this to be received a little bit better, as I'm doing it for the love of the game and our community. I'm willing to remove the plugin if needed.
