Second batch of wine ever

My second ever batch of wine was beauty berry wine. I followed a recipe that said add lemon for acid. Black tea for tannin etc. Then it says for wine like this you need to add cinnamon sticK and star anise. My God does it taste like latex wine now. Guess all I can do is throw it down the sink?

No idea about this recipe but it's normal for wine to taste like piss in the first few days/weeks, wouldn't get rid of it yet

stick a cinnamon stick in 3 gallons and now it taste like a band aid factory. that star anise is so strong it take over everything

How long ago did it finish? It's worth aging it to see if it improves
