New, what is it? Metal oval having something to do with lexus

found this on a walk today, I tried searching it up but couldn't find anything matching it. I thought maybe it was a part of a broken car key?? it says (800) 245 LEXUS and www.lexusofglendale.com (im not from glendale so dont worry abt me doxxing myself) on the back so clearly its from a lexus, but i cant find what it actually is. just curious about it because I used google lens and reverse image search and nothing came up

Looks like a keychain ornament, probably given to people that buy new from the dealer

My guess is one of those metal key ring attachments dealerships had back in the day. My father worked many a sales job and always had a plethora of them. As a kid I remember seeing boxes full of them.
