Discussion posture

for those that weave on frame looms, do you have a setup that helps you maintain good posture? iā€™m struggling with a lot of pain if i weave for too long. currently i sit on a chair with my loom on my lap propped against my kitchen table. šŸ¤

Get a small bench vice/table clamp so you can set your loom vertical.

Set a repeating timer at fairly short (15-20 minute) intervals to remind yourself to stretch
